Nomura Follow-up

It successfully attained its short term goal of 560. After consolidation to the area b/w 480 & 500, it will resume the upward movement to try again 550-580 within April unless it breaks 450 support line.

When hitting the recent lowest of 403 yen on Mar.10th when the new issue price was determined at 411, and recognizing the upward movement to 469 as the closing price on 13th., I confirmed the double-bottom of 406(2/27) and 403(3/10). With movement on 12th and 13th, I expect the move broke the ceiling of 450 to aim 560. The reasons are
1) hitting the double-bottom
2) broke the 25 days moving average
3) short cover from the new equity issue announcement
4) temporary optimistic sentiment on large financial institutions
5) expected golden cross b/w 5-day and 25-day m.a.
6) deep divergence situation on daily basis RSI(from middle of Feb.09) and weekly basis RSI(from Nov.08).

If it keeps the price levels above 450 in April, it can be a real big upward move even aiming back to 973. (38.2% from 1918 on 6/8/08 to 403 on 3/10/09).
